Our 2006 "Lorenzo" Merlot was made primarily from Merlot grapes from Sonoma Valley, with a touch of Cabernet Sauvignon from Alexander Valley, for complexity. This rich and full body Merlot has a nice entry with flavors of plums, blueberries and hints of chocolate. It boasts well-balanced tannins with a nice acidity. An excellent choice with hearty foods.
