What to Expect: Decadence.

"Cento per Cento" means 100% in Italian. The grapes come from our Estate in Carneros and produce a rich yet balanced chardonnay with a long rich finish. This Chardonnay starts off with aromas of toasty oak, butterscotch and ripe apples that gives way to citrus, pear and melon flavors. This wine paris nicely with fish, chicken, pasta and "steak". Our 2007 Cento per Cento won the Gold Medal at the 2009 Orange County Wine Competition, the Silver Medal at the 2009 West Coast Wine Competition, the 2009 California State Fair Wine Competition anf the 2009 North of the Gate Wine Competition. Our 2006 Cento per Cento won 12 medals during 2008, including 3 Gold and 7 Silver Medals. Wine Enthusiast gave this wine a rating of 91.
