What to Expect: A buttery mouthfeel from 100% barrel fermentation and aging on the lees.

Viansa's 2007 Reserve Chardonnay is a delicious dry wine with flavors of citrus, oak, pear and hints of butter with a creamy mouth feel.  It was 100% barrel fermented and aged Sur Lei.  Our Reserve Chardonnay would pair nicely with salmon, stuff cornish game hen and lemon herb linguine.
